Used Car Dealer Serving Forest Hills and Walker, MI
One of the best things about Grand Rapids is its wide variety of suburbs and their eclectic neighborhoods. Two of the most scenic in the area of western Michigan are Walker and Forest Hills.

North of the Grand River and west of Grand Rapids, Walker is a thriving city of homes and businesses. Originally a township organized in 1837, Walker has developed into a family-oriented community. The biggest attractions in the area are the 5,000-seat DeltaPlex arena and the serene Millennium Park, where you can bike, hike, or bird-watch.

Walker is also a great place to grab a bite to eat, whether you want a scrumptious breakfast at New Beginnings or a juicy steak at Logan’s Roadhouse.

The community of Forest Hills is situated on the east side of Grand Rapids, off of Route 21. It’s known for being at the intersection of the Grand and Thornapple Rivers. Because of Forest Hills’ unique location, many picturesque parks bring a year-round natural appeal to the area. Thornapple Valley Community Park, Grand River Nature Area, Burton Park, Roselle Park, Seidman Park, and Michael McGraw Park are all lovely places to spend an afternoon hiking and taking pictures.

If you’re a nature lover who also enjoys sports, eastern Grand Rapids has some of the best golf courses in western Michigan: Quail Ridge Golf Club, the Golf Club at Thornapple, and Watermark Country Club. Forest Hills also has an acclaimed Fine Arts Center where you can see plays and concerts.

If you love being near a vivacious city like Grand Rapids but prefer to escape to a peaceful sanctuary in the evenings, Forest Hills and Walker are the cities for you.
